Karla and Abby joined forces upon realizing they had

like-minded views on educating students/clients in physical health.  They are passionate  in muscle re-education for postural improvements, optimal breath techniques, and yoga asana’s.  Each instructor uses their allied medical professional 

backgrounds to offer

bio-mechanical instruction that benefits each students/clients body type and specific challenges.  They also share a passion about teaching from sound theory (satya)as well as evidenced based research in the integration of Eastern and

Westernized yoga.
