What an amazing workshop we had last weekend at the Yoga4All studio in Seminole, Florida! The statement I heard the most when everyone walked in was "I can't do that" and by the end I heard "I can't believe I CAN do that"! Let's not shy away from trying new things especially skills and drills that are known to help us gain strength, stamina and help us live a longer, healthier life! The best way to see improvements in your balance is to practice! Practice balance drills 2-3 times a week. I add them into my routine as part of my warm or cool down. Have fun and even make up your own challenges. The more times you tell your brain how to do it the more likely you are to stay balanced when you need it!
